An MIT-trained software engineer turned go-to-market expert, Jordan began his career at Bridgewater Associates, ZocDoc, Oscar Health, and Payperks. He went on to found Formative, a leading GTM-focused executive search firm that helped more than 1,000 startups scale from seed to IPO over ten years. Through that work he saw a missing layer of operating expertise on early-stage cap tables.
One of the earliest proponents of founder-led GTM, Jordan is a frequent guest speaker at leading venture firms and incubators, advising founders on product pricing, design partners, marketing, and enterprise sales. As early-stage founders face mounting pressure to show revenue legibility before Series A, he built CoFound as a deeply immersive venture firm: working closely with founders to iterate on early-stage GTM and find product-market fit.
Libby Fidel is an investor at CoFound focusing on the intersection of deep tech and AI.
Previously, Libby worked across investing and company building at Roadrunner, a deep tech venture studio and fund focused on advanced manufacturing, compute, energy, and quantum technologies.
Prior to Roadrunner, Libby worked for CBRE's healthcare advisory team in London, UK, specializing in feasibility studies, market analysis, commercial due diligence, and strategic advisory. Before that, she worked at Cloudmed Solutions designing targeted queries and pricing models to identify instances where insurance providers had underpaid on hospital claims.
Libby holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Evolutionary Medicine from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated Cum Laude with College and Departmental Honors. She currently resides in San Francisco.
